Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@azitakjewellery.com with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@azitakjewellery.com.
